Florida Attorney General James Uthmeier sued insulin makers Eli Lilly, Novo Nordisk and Sanofi, pharmacy benefit managers CVS Caremark, Express Scripts and OptumRx, and rebate aggregators Zinc, Ascent and Emisar in the Eleventh Judicial Circuit. The complaint alleges the manufacturers inflated insulin list prices and paid rebates and fees to the PBMs for preferred formulary placement, and brings claims under Florida's Deceptive and Unfair Trade Practices Act and Antitrust Act.

U.S. District Judge Fernando Rodriguez Jr. refused a preliminary injunction against a land swap that gives SpaceX more than 700 acres of the Lower Rio Grande Valley national wildlife refuge in exchange for 683 acres the company owns. Georgia Power agreement with Google to provide approximately $900 million in projected benefits for customers and advance nuclear energy in Georgia
