Super Micro adds former Intel IT CTO Shesha Krishnapura to board; director Judy Lin retires
Super Micro Computer's board appointed Shesha Krishnapura, most recently Chief Technology Officer of Intel IT and an Intel Fellow, as an independent director effective October 9, 2026. Director Judy Lin, chair of the Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee, notified the company on October 7 that she will retire from the board, with her service concluding October 9; the filing says her decision was not the result of any disagreement with the company.
