At a Microsoft event in San Francisco, NVIDIA said RTX Spark laptop preorders opened, with availability on October 16, and that RTX Spark delivers one petaflop of FP4 AI performance with up to 128GB unified memory; Microsoft said it built its Surface Laptop Ultra around RTX Spark. Musk says Grok Bot will route requests across models including Anthropic's Claude

Pfizer said the FDA approved Tukysa (tucatinib) with trastuzumab and pertuzumab for maintenance treatment of adults with unresectable locally advanced or metastatic HER2+ breast cancer following induction treatment, expanding its use to the front-line setting. In the Phase 3 HER2CLIMB-05 trial, median investigator-assessed progression-free survival was 24.9 months versus 16.3 months in the placebo arm (hazard ratio 0.64).
