Microsoft eliminates 268 Xbox roles and reorganizes its game studios

Microsoft is eliminating 268 roles across Halo Studios, other first-party studios and its Xbox studio management and central functions, saying the actions since July leave it roughly three-quarters of the way through its previously announced Xbox restructuring. Florida Attorney General James Uthmeier sued insulin makers Eli Lilly, Novo Nordisk and Sanofi, pharmacy benefit managers CVS Caremark, Express Scripts and OptumRx, and rebate aggregators Zinc, Ascent and Emisar in the Eleventh Judicial Circuit. The complaint alleges the manufacturers inflated insulin list prices and paid rebates and fees to the PBMs for preferred formulary placement, and brings claims under Florida's Deceptive and Unfair Trade Practices Act and Antitrust Act.
