CVS Health Announces Board Changes

CVS Health said Teresa Heitsenrether, currently Chief Data & Analytics Officer at JPMorgan Chase & Co., will join its Board effective November 18, 2026, citing her expertise in data, analytics, artificial intelligence and technology-driven transformation. The company also disclosed that Larry Robbins departed the Board effective August 13, 2026, after serving since 2024 on the Audit and the Public Policy and External Affairs Committees. Chair and CEO David Joyner said her "extensive experience leading complex global businesses and driving technology-enabled transformation will be invaluable as CVS Health continues to innovate on its path to become a consumer focused, health technology company."

Round Hill Music files copyright infringement lawsuits against Suno and Anthropic over AI training

Round Hill Music L.P. said it filed copyright infringement lawsuits against Suno, Inc. and Anthropic PBC, alleging the companies used musical works it owns or manages without authorization to train AI models. The suits assert that defendants reproduced Round Hill's intellectual property on servers in violation of the Copyright Act and employed data scraping to bypass security measures in violation of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act. Works cited include "Iris" by Goo Goo Dolls, "Total Eclipse of the Heart" by Bonnie Tyler and "I Got You (I Feel Good)" by James Brown. CEO and founder Josh Gruss said: "We are not against artificial intelligence. We are against the idea that you can build a business worth billions on top of other people's creative work and pay the creators nothing." Round Hill is represented by Richard S. LYNKUET (elinzanetant) Receives Expanded Market Authorization in Canada for Treatment of Moderate to Severe Vasomotor Symptoms Caused by Adjuvant Endocrine Therapy (AET) Related to Breast Cancer

Bayer announced that Health Canada issued a Notice of Compliance expanding the indication for LYNKUET (elinzanetant) to the treatment of moderate to severe vasomotor symptoms caused by adjuvant endocrine therapy related to breast cancer, making it the first approved treatment option in Canada for that patient population. The expansion builds on Health Canada's July 2025 authorization of LYNKUET for moderate to severe VMS associated with menopause and was supported by Bayer's OASIS-4 study. LYNKUET is a once-daily oral, non-hormonal dual neurokinin-targeted therapy antagonizing both NK-1 and NK-3 receptors.
