Novo Nordisk A/S - share repurchase programme

Novo Nordisk filed its weekly buyback disclosure. The overall programme is for up to DKK 15 billion to be executed during a 12-month period beginning 4 February 2026, with the current tranche of up to DKK 11,200,000,010.45 running from 6 May 2026 to 1 February 2027. In the 10-14 August 2026 window the company repurchased 1,000,000 B shares, bringing the cumulative total under the tranche to 14,125,000 B shares for DKK 4,281,660,830. Following the transactions Novo Nordisk holds 42,924,876 B shares of DKK 0.10 as treasury shares, corresponding to 1.0% of the share capital.

RTX's Raytheon awarded $22.9 billion seven-year Tomahawk production contract

Raytheon, an RTX business, was awarded a $22.9 billion, seven-year contract by the U.S. Department of War covering an annual production ramp to more than 1,000 Tomahawk missiles and associated support. RTX said it delivered three times more Tomahawks in the first half of 2026 than in the same period of 2025. Raytheon President Phil Jasper said "Tomahawk is the Navy's most important strike weapon, able to target hostile forces hundreds of miles away without ever risking the lives of our sailors."

Sunrun to supply Voltus with residential storage-plus-solar capacity for AI hyperscaler agreements in PJM and MISO

Sunrun announced an agreement under which it will provide energy capacity from a portion of its thousands of residential storage-plus-solar systems in the PJM and MISO grid regions to support Voltus's Bring Your Own Capacity programs for AI hyperscalers. Voltus will orchestrate distributed resources such as home batteries and smart thermostats so large data center loads can access firm, flexible capacity while participating homes and businesses receive payments. The release states the collaboration builds on a recent and separate initiative by Sunrun, Renew Home and Tesla focused on unlocking more than 16.8 gigawatts of flexible capacity from home batteries, solar, smart thermostats, and EVs.

L3Harris removes CEO Chris Kubasik over conduct, names Sam Mehta president and CEO

L3Harris Technologies appointed Sam Mehta as President and Chief Executive Officer and a member of the Board, effective immediately, after the board identified certain conduct by Chris Kubasik that was not consistent with the values of the company as outlined in its Code of Conduct — conduct L3Harris said was unrelated to financial reporting, controls, customer relationships or operational performance. Lead Independent Director Lewis Hay III was named Independent Chairman of the Board. Mehta most recently led the Space & Mission Systems and Communications & Spectrum Dominance segments and previously held leadership positions at Collins Aerospace and Sikorsky Aircraft. EyePoint Announces Topline Data from LUGANO, the First of Two Pivotal Phase 3 Clinical Trials for DURAVYU 2.7mg in Wet AMD

EyePoint released topline Phase 3 LUGANO data for DURAVYU (vorolanib intravitreal insert) in wet AMD. Per the release, "The primary endpoint of change from baseline in best corrected visual acuity (BCVA) versus 2 mg aflibercept on-label control was not achieved in the full dataset." The release adds that DURAVYU "was non-inferior to on-label aflibercept (nominal p-value = 0.0096) in an ad hoc analysis excluding a 4% asymmetric cohort (9 of 211 patients) who experienced vision loss (>= 15 letters) unrelated to wet AMD," and reports a 42% reduction in treatment burden versus aflibercept (p-value <0.0001). The on-label 2 mg aflibercept comparator is Regeneron's Eylea; a missed head-to-head primary endpoint by the leading long-duration challenger is relevant to Regeneron's anti-VEGF franchise.
